The session focused on ending HIV stigma, preventing new HIV infections and teenage pregnancies, while providing condom education and distributing HIV self test kits to encourage people to know their HIV status.

Every conversation matters. Every screening counts. Every community reached brings us one step closer to a healthier Rwanda.
Today, MEDSAR Rwanda, in partnership with the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (@RBCRwanda) and with the support of @WHORwanda and @ahfrwanda, continued the MEDSAR Community Health Camp – KANGUKA UMENYE Phase III at Busasamana – Gasiza Site in @RubavuDistrict .
The outreach brought together community members to access HIV testing and counselling, Hepatitis B & C screening, blood pressure and blood glucose screening, family planning information and services, condom distribution, individual health counselling, and referrals, while also participating in interactive education sessions on SRHR, HIV prevention, mental health, substance abuse awareness and harm reduction, teenage pregnancy prevention, Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), and healthy lifestyle practices.
At Busasamana–Gasiza, the focus was not only on delivering services but also on building trust, encouraging prevention, and empowering people with the knowledge to make healthier choices for themselves and their families.

Day 2 of the MEDSAR Community Health Camp – KANGUKA UMENYE Phase III at Petit Barrière Site, @RubavuDistrict , is still progressing with strong community participation and increased access to essential health services.
With the support of @WHORwanda, Rwanda Biomedical Centre (@RBCRwanda)and @ahfrwanda , MEDSAR Rwanda continues bringing youth-led health action closer to the community through HIV testing and counselling, Hepatitis B & C screening, blood pressure and blood glucose screening, family planning information and services, condom distribution, individual health counselling, referrals, and health education.
Community members are also actively engaging in awareness sessions on SRHR, HIV prevention, mental health, substance abuse awareness and harm reduction, teenage pregnancy prevention, Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), and healthy lifestyle practices.
The energy remains high, the services continue, and the impact keeps expanding as more people access information and care.
