I spent years saving my rewards points from @Chase credit card. Had to close the account due to the annual fee. Now my Rewards Points are GONE $800 is nothing to you guys but I was counting on that check - please help @ChaseSupport there has to be something you can do.

@ChaseSupport There has to be something you can do to reinstate "expired" rewards points, it has to be illegal to not mail a check for their value when an account is closed, especially in CA! Where are my lawmakers to help make this right? Come on @Chase do the right thing!

@ChaseSupport I am SO disappointed ALL of my rewards points are GONE. I closed my credit card and was expecting to receive a check in the mail for the value of my rewards points and instead find out they're just GONE after 30 days and there's NOTHING you can do!?! 😡 Unbelievable
