The hardest part of running performance ads at a D2C brand isn't finding a winning ad.
It's replicating it across markets while getting the culture and feel right at scale.
So we built a workflow on Agent One that lets your team localize a winning ad on the same day you identified it.
We took three different winning Grüns ads and localized each one for Japan and Spain at ~$70 per ad.
Penumbra - Episode 2 releasing soon.
2 weeks ago, we launched Epi 1. And Epi 2 is already right around the corner. This just proves that if you have a story worth telling, you don't need to wait for someone in the room to take a bet on you. Quoting the director of this series, Vinu, "Agent One is the closest thing I've found to ten extra hands - I describe the intent, delegate, and it comes back with the shot while I'm already thinking about the next one. The pace honestly doesn't make sense to me yet."
Stay tuned.
Real creative work has never happened sitting in one-chair staring at your screen all day. So we just made invideo work across all your devices, syncing in REAL TIME, so that your creative pipelines move with you.
The Agent + every model is now in your pocket. Write lines on your commute, lock directions in a meeting, generate and review shots on a break. See something interesting in person? Take a pic, and upload it into your project. Storyboarding, motion capture, VFX, reviewing & approving generations - you are no longer the bottleneck because you don't have to now do all this only at your desk.

The biggest problem with AI clothing ads today is fabric consistency. Most workflows can’t hold the fabric consistent through multiple environmental and human interactions - like sunlight, wind, touch, and motion.
So we built a workflow inside Agent One that holds 100% fabric consistency throughout the ad.

We made a Stephen Chow-style AI short film on Agent One.
1 director. 5 days. $1,800 in total.
If you're a serious creative, this is how you should be directing in 2026

For a Microdrama studio, the game isn't only a great script. It's shipping enough of them, fast enough, to find your winner as soon as possible.
So we built a workflow inside Agent One that makes the production pipeline 5X faster - whether you're running a studio or an agency taking on series projects.
Time, cost, exact steps - all in the video and the thread.
Juicebox.
A 5-minute dark-comedy-horror film. The world ended and then it got weirder.
Here's something nobody wants to say out loud: prompting is a bad way to work if you actually know how to make a film.
Our team (Hridaye, Pavitra, and Arnav) has been making films for over a decade and the last couple of years with AI. They spent years building an eye, building taste, building their instinct. Then they were made to sit in front of a tool throwing prompts at it a thousand times hoping one would stick. Rolling dice. Praying. Re-rolling.
This was the first time it didn't feel like that for them. They gave a direction, it landed. They changed their mind, it remembered why.
The team truly worked the way it would work on a set, making decisions, not gambling.
This one's written and directed entirely with Agent One. In their words: "it didn’t feel like a tool, but more like a crew member."
Day 5. The film is done.
20,000 credits. Roughly $5,000. A story that spans the world, VFX, costume, crazy locations, a full one-take sequence. At that budget, for a short film, kind of ridiculous.
And the thing that made it possible wasn't prompting. It was directing. Agent One didn't feel like a tool — it felt like crew.
The film drops tonight. Stay tuned. This one's been special.
Google’s new model Omni is here. It does video, avatars, inpaint, lip sync, and a bunch more, all in one.
I spent a day running 30+ tests to figure out what it can do, where it breaks, and whether it's actually production-ready.
The unlocks, the ceilings, the specs - full breakdown in the video and the thread.
Day 2/5 of making Juicebox — a short film built entirely with Agent One.
If you're a filmmaker, you'll recognize that: 1) POV shots are still brutal to get right with AI, and 2) multi-character consistency (ropes, props, bodies in contact) breaks models faster than anything else.
In this one we're showing you how to build character sheets, how to crack complicated shots, and how to maintain consistent characters throughout your film, especially when you have multi-character interactions.
I made a James Wan horror short film on Agent One. 1 director. 2 days. $870 in total.

@invideoOfficial The cinematography and consistency in this trailer are next level! 🔥 A full series created with Agent One? Count me in. Can’t wait for Episode 1 tomorrow! 🍿
@invideoOfficial A vampire carrying the last human across a dead earth? The concept alone has me hooked. Can’t wait to see how Agent One brings this vision to life! 🔥
This is exactly how you build trust with a new tool. Showing the entire process—the good, the bad, and the creative decisions in between—is a masterclass for all of us.
Building a short film with Agent One in 5 days is a bold move. I’ll definitely be tuning in for the daily BTS drops to see how the story of Juicebox unfolds! 🎬🍿

If you’re a serious performance marketer, you know that you need your winning ads running in every market - every language, every face your audience recognizes as their own.

@invideoOfficial Mind-blowing workflow! 🔥 The ability to lock the 'Brand Brain' and automate the product swaps without losing consistency is exactly what the industry needed.
Scaling a winning ad used to mean days of manual editing or expensive reshoots. 🎬
This workflow from Agent One changes everything for e-commerce. The fact that the Agent can organically "decode" the ad structure (like the day/night cuts) and automate the product swap for 100+ items is incredibly powerful.
At ~$30 an ad, this is the ultimate unlock for performance marketers. 👇
For a serious performance marketer, finding a winning ad isn't the hardest part. It’s the part where you try to replicate and scale it across all your products without changing anything else.
So we built a workflow inside Agent One to scale one winning ad across 100+ products. Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how we did it.
Time, cost, exact steps are all in the 🧵
We studied how big brands are shipping 4-5 winning product films & UGC ads, every single day. It's serious brand teams building an Agent's brain and memory right upfront.
Here's how.
