Some days I walk in the house and realize…
I didn’t bring my best home.

Work got my focus.
Meetings got my patience.
Deadlines got my energy.

And my family?

They got the leftovers.

That stings to admit. But awareness is step one.

Mandatory meetings.

But underneath the paperwork… there’s a deeper fight going on.
