@durgaomgdevi@vfsglobalcare Even after replying to my tweet if I DM they don't reply and from what I've seen if they do reply they give routine general replies which aren't much help
@UKinMalaysia @tradegovukMYS @BMCCMalaysia @my_British@UKAmb_Hay We kindly request @UKAmb_Hay or the officer in charge of UKVI at @UKinMalaysia to address these issues and more with their commercial partner. Issues that can be resolved with better logistic planning in line with COVID restrictions
@UKinMalaysia @tradegovukMYS @BMCCMalaysia @my_British@UKAmb_Hay Whether people are hoping to get a visa to study English or a Bachelor's the situation with your commercial partner in KL, VFSGlobal, is dire. The whole process is severely lacking from no biometric appointments to passports not being dispatched by VFS after UKVI has returned it.
@VFSGlobal@vfsglobalcare please can we get an answer to this question that many would like to know? It's important so we know if we can make it with our plans or not
@vfsglobalcare Ok I understand this. What's the global VFS procedure when your appointment says 'selected date has passed' while it was closed? Do you priority reschedule or back of the queue?

It would be useful if you gave us info on the nature of breakout, what plan you have made to reopen and when, and how you'll make sure to reschedule asap those who missed appointment during closure. Pls get this info from officer in charge in KL.
Our UK Visa Application Centre in Kuala Lumpur is temporarily closed until further notice.
Customers who have already booked their appointments will be contacted by us and can reschedule their appointments only when the Centre resumes services.
