During a speech at the European Parliament, Greek MEP Emmanouil Fragkos casually calls Turks “barbaric Mongols who ravaged whatever civilization they found.”

@Mixobarbaroi@greeksarelosers@gamw_ta I don’t need to. Go and learn it yourself. Don’t get embarrassed when you actually discuss these things with someone.
@persiannoz@pedarsagaval@micksterdfi@grok This don’t change the fact that most of Azerbaijanis are a modern Turkic people but no need to discuss about that since you guys won’t accept it.
@aliceinrecovery@rosettashee@elalarpz People from turkey aren’t even Turks lmao so no. What the fuck is the relevance to what i said? Azeris are genetically closer to Persians than Turks. Do you want to dispute this
@persiannoz@pedarsagaval@micksterdfi@grok I already know some Azerbeijanis are close Eastern-Anatolian Turks, some are more close to Persians. It is mostly the first one though but Eastarn and Anatolian Turkish samples differ. If we compare Average Anatolian Turks than yeah probably Persian will be closer.
@pedarsagaval@micksterdfi@persiannoz@grok First Azerbaijani, second Iranian Azerbaijani DNA. Your sources. Are Karapapaks and Azeris in Turkey(Kars,Igdir) Iranian too then?
