@508popi @FlagBlack007 You’re slow. If the weight is distributed to mainly to 2 muscles instead of 3+ you would have more focused growth. For instance, if you focus the tension in your chest during pressing the muscles mainly used would be pecs and triceps. Bad form incorporates adding the shoulders.
