AHRE with funds from AFD has successfully conducted its first round of safeguarding training, with a particular focus on GBV and workplace harassment, for employees, workers, and trade union representatives in Bahir Dar.
During the training, safeguarding manual titled ‘‘Workplace Safeguarding manual on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), and Workplace Harassment’’, was disseminated to participants so they could customize it for their respective organizations.
