@Eunicedwong Loss: time-not doing things I love like surfing,padel,music,time w/ friends,etc. Win: no option but facing myself honestly head on, all the good/bad stuff, hidden traumas that surface,learning how to deal w own ghosts and limits, conquer them, move on stronger - that’s a big win
