I booked my flight back in January, made changes to my itinerary early July , customer service reps reassured that the flight was operating, that was a LIE!!! Now stranded in HGA, can’t get a hold of any customer service assistance. @emirates needs to work on better contingency

@emirates @Airbus @TorontoPearson @DXB Still waiting for the refund fees charged from May when Emirates cancelled their own flights. It was a surprise charge to my credit card. I would never recommend flying with them.
