بازداشت ۲۹ شهروند عرب اهل سنت در یورش شبانه اهواز

نیروهای اداره اطلاعات اهواز، چهارشنبه شب ۲۷ خرداد ۱۴۰۵، با یورش به منازل شهروندان عرب ساکن منطقه کوت عبدالله، ۲۹ شهروند عرب اهل سنت را بازداشت کردند. این بازداشت‌ها صرفاً به دلیل گرایش مذهبی آنان به اهل سنت انجام شده است.

فعالان حقوق بشر گزارش داده‌اند که تعدادی از بازداشت‌شدگان سابقه حبس به دلیل فعالیت‌های مذهبی مسالمت‌آمیز داشته و دوره محکومیت خود را پیش‌تر به پایان رسانده بودند. نیروهای امنیتی با ایجاد رعب و وحشت میان کودکان و خانواده‌ها، به منازل آنان هجوم برده، وسایل شخصی را مصادره و بازداشت‌شدگان را به مکان نامعلومی منتقل کردند.

هویت برخی از بازداشت‌شدگان:

1. حسین بترانی، ۴۰ ساله، متأهل
2. حسن عبیداوی، ۵۰ ساله، متأهل
3. محمد (ابوعقیل) حزباوی، ۳۶ ساله، متأهل
4. عبدالرحمن محمد حزباوی، ۴۳ ساله، متأهل
5. جاسم (ابوماجد) سواری، ۳۴ ساله، متأهل
6. محمد خنفری، ۲۲ ساله، متأهل
7. محمد حزباوی، ۲۱ ساله، مجرد

این اقدام نمونه بارز سركوب مضاعف شهروندان عرب است.بازداشت‌های خودسرانه، یورش شبانه و انتقال به مکان نامعلوم، نقض آشکار حقوق بنیادین بشر از جمله حق آزادی مذهب، امنیت شخصی و دادرسی عادلانه است.

قلعه‌چنان اهواز در خون؛ بازداشت ۱۴ شهروند عرب و کشته شدن شمارى از شهروندان عرب توسط اطلاعات

در ادامه جو شدید سرکوب، قطع اینترنت و فضای پلیسی حاکم بر ایران، نیروهای اطلاعاتی جمهوری اسلامی در تاریخ ۱۸ اسفند ۱۴۰۴ به منطقه قلعه‌چنان اهواز حمله کرده و شمارى از شهروندان عرب را بازداشت کردند. طبق گزارش‌های فعالان حقوق بشر، در این عملیات دست‌کم دو نفر با تیراندازی مستقیم کشته شدند و تعداد بازداشت‌شدگان به ۱۴ نفر می‌رسد که همگی همچنان در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات نگهداری می‌شوند.

فعالان حقوق بشر هویت دو تن از کشته‌شدگان را به شرح زیر اعلام کرده‌اند:
• محمود حسنیان (ناصری)، فرزند محمد
• حیدر خیاطی‌پور
تا زمان انتشار این گزارش، اجساد این دو نفر به خانواده‌هایشان تحویل داده نشده است. گزارش‌ها حاکی از کشته شدن افراد بیشتری است که هویت آن‌ها هنوز به طور کامل مشخص نشده و تعدادی نیز زخمی شده‌اند.

هویت تعدادی از بازداشت‌شدگان به شرح زیر است:
1. طارق حسنیان، فرزند راهی (دارای دو دختر، یکی یک‌ماهه)
2. بهادر زرگانی، ۳۹ ساله، فرزند خضیر، متأهل و دارای ۳ فرزند
3. منصور ناصری، ۴۰ ساله، فرزند هادی، متأهل و دارای ۴ فرزند
4. احمد باوی‌فرد، فرزند شهاب
5. یوسف حسنیان، فرزند خلیل
6. امین ناصری
7. جاسم باوی، فرزند محمد (معروف به میلاد)
8. محمدعلی باوی، فرزند جابر
9. حمید حسنیان، فرزند محمد

بازداشت‌شدگان در شعبه دوم دادگاه عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان کارون (قاضی منتظری) به اتهاماتی از قبیل:تیراندازی به سمت نیروهای امنيتى، انفجار لوله‌های نفت،نگهداری بمب‌های دست‌ساز، همکاری با آمریکا و اسرائیل واخلال در نظم عمومی متهم شده‌اند. فعالان حقوق بشر تأکید دارند که این اتهامات معمولاً بر پایه اعترافات اجباری تحت شکنجه و بدون برگزاری محاکمه عادلانه مطرح می‌شوند.

وزارت اطلاعات ايران در فروردین ۱۴۰۵ با انتشار اطلاعیه‌ای رسمی اعلام کرد که ۵ نفر کشته و ۱۰ نفر بازداشت شده‌اند. در این بیانیه بازداشت شدگان را متهم به «تشکیل گروه مخالف، بمب‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های غیرنظامی لوله هاى نفت، حمله مسلحانه، کشف بمب نیمه‌آماده، سلاح، مهمات، ارز خارجی، تجهیزات استارلینک و اقلام تبلیغاتی» شدند. این نوع اتهامات به طور معمول برای توجیه سرکوب مخالفان و فعالیت‌های مدنی به کار گرفته می‌شود.

بیش از ۱۰۰ روز از بازداشت اين شهروندان عرب گذشته و بازداشت‌شدگان همچنان در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات به سر می‌برند. خانواده‌ها هیچ خبری از وضعیت فرزندان خود ندارند و دسترسی به وکیل یا ملاقات ممنوع است. گزارش‌ها حاکی از آن است که نیروهای امنیتی با احضار، فشار و بازداشت برخی اعضای خانواده‌ها، تلاش می‌کنند اعترافات اجباری بیشتری بگیرند و افراد دیگری را تسلیم کنند.

فعالان حقوق بشر این رویداد را بخشی از سیاست سیستماتیک سرکوب مردم عرب توسط ج اسلامى ايران می‌دانند و خواستار شفافیت کامل، دسترسی فوری خانواده‌ها به بازداشت‌شدگان، تحویل اجساد کشته‌شدگان شده‌اند.

He was seized by intelligence forces in the street. His family has no info. about the reason for his arrest or where he is being held.

Ahwazi man Hussein Al-Boughbaimeish was killed by Iranian forces in #Ahwaz on 9Jan26 during nationwide protests.
His family was kept in the dark for a week. Authorities held his body, then forced a silent burial before dawn, banning mourning and limiting attendance to 10 people.
