I have a bunch of 'system wide upgrades' expiring this year. but when I try to use them I'm told the flight has not released any seats for these and I need to go on a waitlist.
what's the point of earning these if they can't be used? 🤯

SWUs seem to be a gimmick that has no real value. 🤷‍♀️
