In honor of the great work @MalloryRubin and @netw3rk do on @binge_mode, I took the Pony Excess 30 for 30 trailer and gave it a distinctly magical twist.
@ethan_fore@RyanKartje Yeah feels like one of those “OK, technically you got us, but now we’re gonna put in a rule so that no one can do that again” situations
@ethan_fore@RyanKartje The wording was a little confusing, but I think the Big Ten was saying that when the actual punter (Johnson) later entered the game and punted wearing the same number as Huard, it should have been called a penalty then, not on the initial play involving Huard.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard something about Arch Manning this summer. For @NBCSports, here’s everything you need to know about college football’s biggest storyline: https://t.co/yUZVxzomIs
So well deserved for OKC, who built a contender from the ground up with a bunch of high character players.
So tough for the Pacers to feel like your chance to compete was taken from you. One of my favorite teams to watch ever.
Now that OKC has its title, bring back the Sonics.
This play is just basketball perfection. As Mo notes, ball doesn’t touch the ground, just pure instinct to manipulate a retreating defense. 2014 Spurs stuff
Haliburton with a great steal along the sideline and it springs Indiana, it is a 3-on-2 break with Nesmtih getting a corner three. Ball doesn't touch the ground.
@offthemike28 Trust might be the wrong word. More accurate is they’re the only team that I think can hit the level necessary. I agree that Thunder in 5 is most likely, but this Pacers team keeps surprising folks.
Thunder have to be the clear Finals favorites, but Indiana is maybe the one team in the entire league I trust to take care of the ball while running real, effective offense against OKC’s defense
Really notable difference watching the Knicks trying to deal with the Pacers and Celtics’ late-game offensive strategies with the lead. Indiana continues to push pace and run real offense early in the shot clock and Boston… did not
