@googlenest App is up to date, I’ve tried rebooting the router countless times but no joy. Wifi is working on other devices so I don’t think that’s at fault, the 2 Nest thermostats are working fine also.

@googlenest all my Nest products went offline 14 hours ago and are still offline now, can’t get them to reconnect. Internet connection is fine. Any help?

@googlenest I’ve tried resetting them, turning them off and back on and still the problem persists. 3 wired protects, hello and an indoor camera are all offline. Other products in my home are connected to the internet and are working fine.
