@nwabishop Bitcoin is old school, make it simple for everyone one to use, tell me how many percent of people in the world is tech savy? if crypto is complex would it reach the mainstream?
PI Domains Name System is one and only Crypto that has its own or dedicated blockchain based Web3 Browser unlike ETH, SOL, BNB and TON that does not have and rely on other browsers like Metamask, Brave and etc. Thats what make PI different from all of this. Simple, Transparent, Legitimate and Authentic, fair for everybody to use inclusively without hiding your dark intentions😃 #PiNetwork #Picoin $PI
▪️SPEECH FOR PI Day 2025, 14TH MARCH – UNITED GCV OF AFRICA 🌍
------------------------------------------
Dear Pioneers, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders of Africa,
Today marks a historic milestone—6 years since the birth of Pi Network and 3 years since the United GCV of Africa Movement began its journey to establish a strong Pi Ecosystem in Africa.
We stand here today, proud of our achievements, aware of our challenges, and focused on the future.
▪️Our Achievements
---------------------------------------
Over the past three years, the United GCV of Africa Movement has:
✅ Built a leadership framework to guide the adoption of Pi across the continent.
✅ Decentralized Pi education to empower African communities with knowledge about blockchain and GCV.
✅ Supported PiFest events and small barter trade, enabling real-world utility for Pi in local markets.
✅ Facilitated partnerships with companies worldwide to expand goods and services accessible via Pi payments.
✅ Advocated for the $314,159 GCV movement, ensuring trust and stability within the ecosystem.
We also recognize and appreciate the efforts of industry leaders in China, led by Daniel Chen, who have played a crucial role in the expansion of Pi commerce. Additionally, we acknowledge the increasing number of African merchants integrating Pi into their businesses, mapping them in Map of Pi, and adopting PiDApps to strengthen the ecosystem.
The Role of Businesses in the Pi Economy
Pi’s growth is driven by strong partnerships and businesses that believe in its potential. We extend our gratitude to companies in Africa and beyond.
These businesses continue to uphold the value of $314,159 GCV, reinforcing trust in Pi as a global digital currency. Their dedication strengthens the Pi economy, paving the way for mass adoption.
▪️The Challenges We Overcame
-----------------------------------------
Like any great movement, we faced difficulties:
🔴 Misinformation and skepticism—Many doubted Pi’s potential, and we had to work tirelessly to educate and inspire confidence.
🔴 Resistance to GCV adoption—The GCV initiative faced opposition, particularly against our leader, Mrs. Doris Yin, but we stood firm in our mission.
🔴 Lack of incentives—Some pioneers felt discouraged because they saw no immediate financial rewards, yet we remained focused on long-term success.
🔴 Unifying 40 African countries—Bringing diverse nations together under one vision has been challenging, but progress continues.
Despite these challenges, we never gave up. We fought, educated, and built—and today, we see the results.
▪️Our Vision for the Future
--------------------------------------------
The journey is far from over. Our plans for the future include:
🔵 Expanding Pi education to more African nations, ensuring no country is left behind.
🔵 Combating the Black Market, promoting fair trade and price stability.
🔵 Strengthening Pi’s adoption by integrating it with local authorities and development agencies.
🔵 Connecting African merchants to global Pi-friendly markets, ensuring that Pi’s value is recognized worldwide.
🔵 Securing more marketplaces that support the official Pi price and ecosystem growth.
Africa is rising! We are not just consumers of technology—we are builders of a new digital economy. The United GCV of Africa Movement is the force that will ensure our continent thrives in the Pi Ecosystem.
Let us celebrate, educate, and build together! Happy Pi Day 2025!
