The Ootle launches in 3 days!
Pre-burn your XTM for TARI now so that you're ready to start Ootlin' as soon as the network goes live.
You can do all of this from inside Tari Universe. One app to rule them all!
Generally speaking, the Mini or Studio models are better than the Air. The Pro sits between them because of thermal performance. The Studio has the strongest cooling, and the Mini is right behind it.
High power bills don't have to mean game over. Apple silicon deserves a closer look. My M2 Max reports 6.55 g/s at 51W GPU power on Tari C29. A public RTX 4070 benchmark lists 7.53 g/s at 105W. Interesting enough to use Apple silicon in high-electricity-cost regions.
1/ We already audited how much hardware is securing the @tari network ... now we answer the next question: how much does it actually cost to mine 1 $XTM? 🐢
We broke it down by mining lane and region 🧵
Do you guys like payroll, well check this out...
Most current crypto payroll setups start on transparent public ledgers ( $ETH , $Base, $AVAX , $SOL etc.). Salaries, bonuses, contractor payments, and treasury flows are fully visible, which creates real problems: pay-scale leakage, talent risks, and unwanted inference from timing/amount patterns.
The common response has been to bolt on privacy after the fact — confidential token wrappers ( $Zama FHE), private payment portals ( $COTI ), ZK layers ($ALEO ), shielded pools, or zone-style private execution ( $Tempo). Each of these solves pieces of the problem but introduces fragmentation: different token standards, liquidity silos, bridging friction, compliance quirks, and varying degrees of actual privacy (amounts vs. counterparties vs. full stealth).
#Ootle’s resource model is designed to AVOID that bolt-on layer.
Stealth resources* hide both amounts *and counterparties (UTXO-style one-time addresses).
Confidential resources** hide amounts while keeping named vaults if you need them.
View keys** give selective disclosure so an auditor or regulator can reconcile balances and supply without public visibility or spending power.
Supply events (mint/burn) are revealed by design so total supply stays auditable, while the interior of holder-to-holder transfers stays private. That split is native to how supply is tracked, not an add-on.
The result is a single asset type that can be used for payroll (or stablecoins, vesting, etc.) with privacy as the default rather than a separate privacy-token wrapper that has to be managed, bridged, and reconciled.
Private payroll has been cited repeatedly across the broader privacy-chain / confidential-asset space precisely because compensation data is high-sensitivity and the public-ledger failure mode is obvious —
#Ootle’s primitives map cleanly onto that use case without requiring an extra privacy layer on top of an otherwise transparent chain.
The architecture removes the “run public then retrofit privacy” fragmentation that most payroll experiments are currently dealing with.

@BTFBitflash As a legitimate spot trader, #Nonkyc drained 50.74% of my balance (1.44M $XTM / $2,412.74) via internal transfer. Your Insurance Fund promises to cover hacks, not secretly move user funds. Disclosing this publicly. I'll speak out until my remaining balance is fully returned.
