@CityPowerJhb Hi. In Blairgowrie we have not had power for 40 hours. It doesn’t look like they even started repairs when they came out earlier - they were just standing around waiting. Why don’t they come prepared to fix the problem? How much longer must we wait?

@CityPowerJhb Surely if technicians were dispatched yesterday evening as per last update that they would by now have provided some feedback and an ETA to resolve? If there is no update can we assume no one came to investigate last night and have just left us without power for 15 hours?

@CityPowerJhb What is happening with Alon road in Blairgowrie? Not listed as part of these updates and no one giving us feedback. More than 24 hours no power and no one working on our substation
@CityPowerJhb I just spoke to the contractor that has been assigned to Blairgowrie who had NO IDEA what I was talking about and said he could maybe come help tomorrow. Wtf guys? Please can we get a response

@CityPowerJhb I called the person that came to look this morning. He says the contractors have not been answering their phones all day. He is going to come back to see what he can do in the meantime but does not have the right materials. Is this really the service we can expect? 24 hours now.
