@BekoUK 2/2 and they won’t replace the appliance. Is this really the level of customer service customers should expect? We lost a whole tower freezer of food but they only offer £40 to cover it. Love to know where you buy food for that!!

@BekoUK 1/2 My 15-month-old freezer has a confirmed manufacturing fault covered under warranty, but the replacement part is out of stock with no estimated delivery date. I’ve lost a full freezer of food, yet I’m being told waiting 21 days in the hope it comes in is acceptable….
