@bioenergeticmel One of friends lost 28 pounds in her second pregnancy due to Hyperemesis Gravidarum as she could barely keep food down. Not recommended she looked awful and was advised to not have any kids. Some of the weigh is the baby, placenta, extra blood etc anyway
