So... DMs have gotten us nowhere, still had no contact after we were promised this would be dealt with. You were quick to take the contract but can’t supply an engineer for weeks on end.
Left with an barely usable system that doesn’t perform how we need it to and it seems you are waiting until the Christmas break so you don’t have to deal with it 🤷‍♂️

Cloud voice upgraded to cloud works mid September...
Engineer booked in for 1st November to install the new system
Within the week following – 2 more engineers out to put right the errors such as blind transfers, unable to call internationally, extensions disappearing from the phones (we had to do this manually even though it should be done as a download)
Since then – 5 weeks been trying to get an engineer out as none of the original problems were solved when the engineers attended.
Sent emails, made phone calls, no one will reply to a call, no one will take a call or answer an email. Had one call from complaints dept on the 2nd December – Harvaneet who said she’d sort everything out and get an engineer here to sort out the mistakes but since then, she won’t answer any communications.
We understand it’s busy but to not even bother to reply is just rude and more frustrating than anything else. All we need is an engineer for 1 hour to sort out blinds transferring, international calling and extension numbers.

@ArielMotorCo has developed a fully electric E-Nomad version of the all-terrain Nomad sportscar.🤩
They have integrated the Aim Technologies PDM32, 5” Dash Display, and the CAN Keypad into the build, which incorporates EV-specific data including battery and inverter information, powertrain temperatures, drive mode, and battery charge status.⚡

“While the E-Nomad is a concept, it does show production intent for the vehicle and hints at just a small part of Ariel’s future,” said Ariel Director Simon Saunders.
“Once it has been through our usual, gruelling testing regime we could opt to add E-Nomad alongside its ICE Nomad 2 sibling, so we’ll take great interest in customer feedback on the concept car.”

This is great news for Ariel, and we’re so pleased to continue our relationship with them, branching out from our initial OEM Dashes built in to the Ariel Atom sports cars.
