@pagetpaget @criminalminds @paramountplus The first time I tried to cook dinner for my kids & I post 2nd elbow surgery in the bionic arm brace (as I called it) it was SO painful and ended very much like this-everyone said I should be rest then too 🤣 So I’ll pass the same on- REST Paget! (And already watched latest CM)

@pagetpaget As someone who had a somewhat similar 1st elbow surgery and a 2nd follow up one not long after, I can tell you the 2nd one was a breeze compared to the first one! Rest up and relax!!

@pagetpaget I went through this last year, and it was brutal. I tore & sheared off my tendons & ligaments from the elbow. Had to have 3 anchors drilled in to the bone & all reattached. The pain was unreal and unfortunately it was my right arm & I’m severely rt handed. Rest!! Hope it heals qk
