ना जाने कितने वर्षों से यह ईकॉमर्स पालिसी संबंधित बिल विलंबित है और सरकार भी बस तारीख़ पर तारीख़ दिये जा रही है! मैं व्यक्तिगत तौर पर कह सकता हुँ कि बीते 8 वर्षों से तो कम से कम हर बार चुनावों से पहले भारत के पारंपरिक व्यापारियों को यह लॉलीपॉप दिया जाता है कि रिटेल हित को ध्यान में रख कर ईकॉमर्स पालिसी आने वाला है, पर यह पालिसी बनाने की बात जैसे बस आम खुदरा व्यापारियों का वोट लेने भर के लिए किए गए चुनावी वायदे की तरह रह गयें हैं! @praveendel प्रवीण जी आपके अथक और निरंतर प्रयास को क्या सच में सरकार का समर्थन मिलेगा , क्या @PiyushGoyalOffc @PiyushGoyal मंत्री जी या @FinMinIndia मंत्रालय द्वारा हिंदुस्तान के 8 करोड़ छोटे खुदरा व्यापारियों के लिए कभी बिल लाया भी जाएगा या बस यह दिवास्वप्न बन कर रह जायेगा! या फिर यह बिल तब आएगा जब आम व्यापारी बर्बाद हो चुका रहेगा!
इस बार तो आशा करें कि 2024 के आम चुनाव से पहले यह ईकॉमर्स बिल आ जाएगा!

The illustrious Haryana state leaders recently conducted a high-level meeting with NTA to address the various challenges that retailers in the state face. The discussion centred around some critical issues such as Non-GST Credit Notes, distributors coercing retailers to issue fake invoices to facilitate GST CN in some brands, and the lack of distributors in Haryana for @IndiaPOCO, which results in a modus operandi to use the grey channel. The conversation also touched upon the issue of @iqooindia's cartel with online platforms and creating a monopoly in online retail, thereby exploiting consumers. Furthermore, challenges faced by @OPPOIndia such as price disparities, @OnePlus_IN's delayed claim settlements and poor supplies, @Vivo_India's T2 Series and V27 shortages in Haryana, @SamsungIndia's biased support to e-commerce, fake upgrades blocking rotation, and @realmeIndia's inadequate supplies and false commitments by employees were discussed. The Haryana state team is now determined to connect physically with all the brands to expedite the process of finding practical solutions to these challenges and create a thriving business environment in the state.
