The have a zero after care policy. when something goes wrong, they won’t even look at your case until you supply passports and Birth Certs! I paid for seats and Qatar resold them even though I have email proof and was charged.
Never have I heard of a company demanding you upload all of your 6 passports and birth certificates. They give you no turn around times. All I have been told is a special team is dealing with me. Absolutely shocking @qatarairways
22 days trying to get a response from Qatar. I would never ever use the airline again. Nobody will take responsibility. I want is my refund for the seats I upgraded to that Qatar then sold to someone else even though I have proof of payment. @qatarairways booking Q4Cuu9
No one from Qatar will take responsibility. I’ve have spoken to 8 different live chat reps, sent several emails. In order to even look at my case Qatar said they not only need passports but all my children’s Birth Certs???

@FedExEurope have been advised the driver tried to delivery my package today. I’ve been here all day and no driver, no package no slip of paper to say he called. I’ve been told I have to drive to the depot to collect but they won’t give me a contact number to check it’s there?
