@IrishRail I was waiting on the 8.50 to Dundalk I’ve a monthly ticket and was refused entry. I was here 15 mins prior to departure??

@IrishRail Unfortunately when you had finally got back to me two days ago I was at a family funeral. Very poor service and help.

@IrishRail I’ve tried emailing, calling and talking in person at the station over my monthly ticket. I was told this had been escalated and I would here back in 24 hours it’s now been 6 days not one phone call back or email.

@IrishRail I’ve called and still no response I’ve been told this has been escalated and it’s nearly been a week. I’m now out and extra 2 peak tickets totaling €50.60 cents

@IrishRail I have reached out to them unfortunately they don’t reply for 3 working days and I’m back in work in Dublin on Saturday ?
