@Ocinleethatsme Here's the trick to killer mashed potatoes: heat up your cream & butter before you add them to your potatoes.
Adding them cold seizes the potato starch and gives you clumps; this way makes them creamy.
Next, Next level: dry out your potatoes in the oven first.
