I’d call this blatant audacity on the part of the Trust Wallet team. Why on earth should the community help identify and fix bugs? Will I get a reward? Will the fix affect your token’s price? Does the project's success even convert into the token's success? No.
Whenever the community asks anything about the token - total silence. But sure, let’s talk about the 'product.'
Well, fuck you!
We can talk when there’s an actual dialogue about $TWT, and when the success of Trust Wallet finally translates into the success of the token. Not your fake utility , but alignment of interests. Only then will we have a conversation.
This conversation is not a criticism, but rather an attempt at a dialogue, because I like your product and I would like to see it as a thriving industry leader rather than an outsider.
Leadership is often achieved through innovative solutions. Bitcoin was the first, and there won't be another one like it. Hyperliquid and Polymarket were the first, and no matter how many analogs are created, they are unlikely to ever surpass the originals.
Currently, all existing wallet tokens are just "wrappers" (worthless paper) without any value. You can look at their fate at any moment - it is very sad. What you have described now is another "wrapper" that will attract even fewer users and funds than the previous ones because that is how the market works. Moreover, you will get one of two things: more and more hate and a negative atmosphere in social networks as time goes on, which will affect you (and you already have some experience with this through Coinlist, but you can always look at how it is for competitors), or simply oblivion, which is even worse.
Even Trust Wallet, which boasts 220 million downloads, has something similar to what you want to do; there it is called Trust Premium. Read my article on this topic: https://t.co/nqpvVMHdQe. See for yourself that it doesn't work - learn from others' mistakes, not your own.
To be a leader, you need to make decisions that your competitors don't have. And you understand what I'm getting at. Be the first in the wallet sphere to create value for your token, and you will see how your user base starts to grow exponentially because there will be a social effect; people will talk about it, and "word-of-mouth" will work. This, in turn, will significantly increase all your metrics and, by the way, income. Conventionally, it is better to have 50% of 1m than 100% of 500k. However, I am sure that 1m is far from the ceiling in such a scenario; it will be much more.
@TrustWallet@SafePal Trust Wallet can't direct swap TWT to BTC, TWT to USDT Tron, In cross chain swaps Trust Wallet much inferior to Safe Pal, especially from BEP20 to others.
4# Hidden gigantic revenues from swaps&other for #TrustWallet also create legal/tax risks. Such issues can't reflect positively on $TWT investments Investors get nothing for this risk: no share, no burn, no buyback, no utility
Just a wrapper
Ultra high risk - ultra low rewards
There is no clear Roadmap for #TWT and buy back mechanism, crypto users are switching to other wallets such as Rainbow wallet which is much more close to its investors and community.
@VladislavLiu You and Sergey Fandorin - AlfaBlok(AX1) changing your shoes in the air. Now OWB is gem, diamond, etc. You just want to offload into subscribers. I remember ALFA NFT scam and now, you play a game with CZ to get 🚀 by dropping off TWT holders
