Officers of Air #Customs, Kannur intercepted a passenger arrived from Doha. Two polythene packets containing gold in compound form were found tied around each of his legs below the knee and 1338 grams #gold worth ₹73,18,860/- were seized.

In a joint effort by DRI Kannur and AIU #Kannur Intl AP, 1241.5 grams of #gold (Value: 66.2L) were recovered from a pax. The gold was concealed in paste form, sticked to the feet of the pax, covered with Socks and shoes.

Air Customs, Kannur seized e-Cigarettes, Creams, and Gold paste from a pax arrived from Dubai. The gold paste was hidden in the form of a thin sheet, covered with carbon paper, concealed at four sides of the cardboard carton.
