His left arm is pretty much peaked and his right is obviously just not as strong. His form wasn’t good but he did in fact press the weight to this position. The only danger is that he had no spotter. Again, not here to debate his form, regardless the weight was pressed unsuccessfully
I understand your concern over him “using his entire body”, but it would be counterproductive not to use your body, and he was still able to press the weight over half way on his left arm, half range on his right (not all the way of course). Wished for a more intelligent discussion without immaturity
@Dommm1996 So how did he get the weight up😂😂 the only thing wrong I could point out is his form and no spotter. Nothing’s wrong with him attempting that weight because he’s really not that far off from a 1 rep max there
@Dommm1996 Do me a favor and watch a professional powerlifting competition for bench press and notice how they drive their feet into the ground and back into the bench.
His form wasn’t good but then again he’s a casual gym goer finding his limits
@DaltonNooyen To each his own I guess didn’t know a casual gym goer needed perfect form like it’s a competition with judges. I just know from experience he only needed a little pressure on the elbows to lock that out
@Highspeedl59027 @madclips_ Until those dumbbells roll to the bench next to you and break someone’s property or hurt them like I’ve seen countless times in the gym
