@airindia You charged 49.50 $ from me for each and cheated me by giving another seat. While seat selection you showed 2 seats in the row 39K 39H but in real it was 3 seats 39A 39B 39C in row.. open cheating ... ppl beware when you select seats while booking. They look different

@RMantri @airindia They charged me 9k rupees to check in from US international flight to Delhi, and then 4500 rupees AGAIN to check in to fly back. 3 seats total, neither had a functioning TV. Food is terrible, passengers are inconsiderate and mostly entitled old people all sitting in economy.

Disappointed with @airindia Business Class service. My BLR–SFO flight was rerouted via Delhi with a 7.5 hr layover. Was told lounge help would be provided, but on arrival no assistance & not allowed past security for 3.5 hrs. Had to pay for lounge. PNR 85MUVV. AI2758 / AI173.
