Advice to reviewers: If the paper has typos or some missing information then that's supposed to be handled under the comments and suggestions section. Listing it as a weakness to dock points is absolutely asinine. If the paper is badly written it can be counted as a weakness if you had difficulty reading the paper. Weaknesses are fundamental flaws that impact the idea and it's execution. Don't be silly and list things like typos, missing details or "detail was in appendix but should have been in main" as a weakness. It makes you look like an amateur.

@prajdabre1 It gets worse when the same people don't have a sense of responsibility but take up these positions because it gives them authority. Suddenly, raising concerns is considered as a question to their authority.

@prajdabre1 IIIT-Allahabad ex-director (2018) told me that he can't offer me a full-time position because I will get married next year and go to USA. Even my family and I did not know that. No wonder they had only one female (visiting) faculty in the dept that time.

@prajdabre1 One senior prof. from IIT Delhi was screaming and shouting at me during the interview even for the correct answers. No one from the selection committee (another institute) said anything to him. I feel sad for his PhD students.

@AirIndiaX what are these operational reasons? we have been stuck at the airport for hours. The flight reached BOM 2 hrs back then why it hasn't departed for BLR yet?
