I have had to do work throughout all this, whilst trying to find a resolution & secure accommodation. I think I have been exceptionally patient.
I am still in London. I still have work to do. And Airbnb is still avoiding fulfilling their promises.

@triketora I rented an AirBnB in LA in 2015 for the entire house one time, got there and checked in only to walk in on the couple who owned it having sex. They gave me a bad review and threatened me physically. Never used the service again.
deeply regretting the terrible mistake of booking an airbnb for my holiday. airbnb is now essentially inferior to hotel in every way: price, convenience, cleanliness, comfort, amenities. and reviews can no longer be trusted for anything.
This @Airbnb host is threatening to put me out before my check out date because she’s trying to charge me extra cleaning fees outside of what I already paid for (nothing has been damaged or messed up) & I really don’t understand what the problem is.
@WillByers13@Airbnb .@Airbnb customer supports primary goal is to keep the sale booked. For what it’s worth, if you’re not messaged entry details, and you’ve waited through the mediated deadline, they’re supposed to refund the reservation. Good luck!
@AirbnbHelp I literally have spoken to about 12 representatives and this has been going on for a week. You clearly do not care about the safety of women traveling alone and using your website. It’s shameful.
@airbnbhelp What's the point of having a "help" account for your company if you don't help? I sent you a DM 4 days ago and no one has even looked at it yet.
