@greateranglia didn’t want to risk the time travel between the end of leg 2 and start of leg 3. Figured I would just get the other faster train. You might want to look at how your app shows journey details.
Another failed attempt to get the MR2 to the Kersey Mill car meet, this time it was a snapped battery terminal bolt 🙄 still it was nice weather and a great turn out
@Suff_highways What's up with the 30mph limit on the A137 (Ipswich Rd) north of Station Rd/Tattingstone? Signage has been all over the place—switching between 60 and 30 for no apparent reason. Any explanation?

Today, the final negotiations on Chat Control 2.0 begin between the European Commission, the European Parliament, and the Council of the EU.
Although the requirement for mandatory scanning (including end-to-end encrypted messaging services) has been removed, several problematic elements remain in the Council's position. For instance, the Council wants to demand identity verification to use messaging services (including end-to-end encrypted). This would pose significant risks to dissidents, whistleblowers, and others, and create a chilling effect on free speech.
We hope the European Parliament stands firm against any wording that paves the way for mass surveillance and censorship. Cyprus, currently holding the Presidency of the Council of the EU, aims to conclude the negotiations by June.
A reminder of the corrupt backstory behind the Chat Control proposal and the involvement of Ashton Kutcher and his company Thorn: https://t.co/OcNkJMrjJa
PLEASE SHARE: A good friend of ours has had his super clean - and super rare - Datsun Bluebird stolen from West Wickham, Kent, UK, last Wednesday evening.
We need your help to save it from export or banger racing. Message us with information and we’ll pass it on. Thank you!
Following the death of PD Zara from @PoliceScotland in December 2024, it is with deep sadness that we share new evidence indicating that PD Zara was let down by those within Police Scotland who were entrusted with her welfare.
After reviewing her veterinary medical records, we can confirm that PD Zara’s prognosis was described as “great” following surgery, and that the specialist veterinary referral practice had requested authorisation for a CT scan to determine whether Zara required one or two surgeries. Instead of authorising the request from the veterinary specialists, the records show that the Inspector of the Police Scotland Dog Unit authorised the euthanasia of Police Dog Zara.
Police Scotland has since extended an invitation to the foundation to meet with us in the coming weeks to discuss our concerns. We remain fully committed to securing justice for Police Dog Zara. 🌈
