We've had several users report issues with the Twitch Input. The devs will look into it as soon as they can. If possible, using RTMP input may be a workaround for now.

@ChristroyerXD We've alerted the devs regarding this issue but no ETA at this time. If you're able to, try streaming directly to us with RTMP and it should also work.

DNS issues should be fixed. We're continuing to run both IPs at the moment but 37.16.17.132 and 37.16.8.45 should be working now.

@ChristroyerXD Unfortunately Tiktok doesn't have a stream key to give otherwise you could push it to Tiktok as well. The screenshot shared above is from Instagram. It looks like it gives you a stream url and key so you should be able to add it as a custom rtmp.

@ChristroyerXD At this time we don't change resolution so we would not be able to send out horizontal and vertical at the same time. But if you are already streaming vertical to YouTube there's nothing stopping you from sending that over to Instagram. Just add it as a custom RTMP.

Apologies if your stream just went down when using twitch as source. We just deployed a stability update for it but the load balancer decided it was unhealthy for 15 seconds even though it wasnt and dropped all connections.

We have a large infrastructure upgrade going live on Monday 20th May, there may be interruptions as we move services across.

The hope is this will provide a massive improvement in stability and routing.
