On 6 June 2024, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR established the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Climate Finance & Stakeholder Engagement (OSSAP-CFSE) with a clear mandate: mobilise climate finance, strengthen Nigeria's institutional frameworks, and advance Nigeria's Paris Agreement commitments.
Two years on, the OSSAP-CFSE is proud to share a record of stewardship in service of that mandate.
From supporting the approval of Nigeria's Carbon Market Activation Policy to co-organising the Nigeria Sustainable Finance Intensive, from spearheading the launch of the Renewed Hope Climate Change Awareness Tour across all 36 states to convening the Decarbonising Infrastructure in Nigeria (DIN) Summit with the Office of the Vice President, to driving African carbon market development as an Advisory Board Member of the Carbon Markets Africa Summit (CMAS) — every engagement has been in pursuit of one goal: positioning Nigeria to capture its fair share of global climate finance.
Nigeria requires $177 billion in climate investment by 2030 and received approximately $5 billion of global climate finance flows, which exceeded $2 trillion in 2024. Under the Renewed Hope Agenda, this office remains committed to closing that gap.
To every partner, regulator, investor, and institution that has supported this work; we are grateful. The mission continues.

@UseLemfi I no longer want to use Lemfi. Please release my funds back into my UK account and then close my Lemfi account. As you have no right or a good reason to be holding onto my funds against my will.
@UseLemfi Is there a reason why you guys blocked my account while I was trying to make a transfer? From all indications, there wasn't an issue with the amount as it was not over your daily limit or even close. Can you relase my account please so I can take my money out?

Sir, it would have been befitting to declare a day of mourning or even a minute's silence and fly the flag at half mast. If a whole COAS can not be honoured nationally, how would the battlefield soldier feel? The country needs a morale boost now more than ever!
Exciting news, our Lagos Proof of Concept (PoC) has been launched..After a few weeks of testing, we will hopefully share the good news with you all 😁 #AuranetLagos#altheanetworks

The day Nigerians will have the guts to demand from government with the same sense of entitlement they demand from their fellow citizens is the day good governance, accountability and transparency will come to Nigeria
