On this day, June 18, 1812, President James Madison signed the declaration of war against Great Britain. This launched the War of 1812.

For our young nation, it was a bold test of independence. American forces faced the world's strongest empire.

When they've completed invite them in to discuss the evaluation sheets.

Compare them.
Work on what doesn't add up to your expectations.
