2. MY DEFAULT SETTINGS:

While the indicator looks cool with lost of detections, in practice you want to declutter your chart and focus on the relevant ones.

I keep max 5 SMTs on each side, remove invalidated SMTs and SMTs inside more relevant ones.

Not all models and markets are the same, so the settings allow for some flexibility.

1. WHAT THIS INDICATOR DOES:

- It detects SMT divergences between highly correlated markets.
- Compare with up to 2 markets at once.
- Choose the type of correlation ( Direct/Inverse)
- Filter by strength of the level being taken.
- Every setting has an info note so it's easy to understand.

I use SMT divergences as a confirmation tool for a potential shift in sentiment when it presents in line with my analysis. Never as an entry signal.
