ABSOLUTE CHAOS! @qatarairways QR976 from Doha to Hanoi (June 24) is a DISGRACE. I'VE BEEN STUCK IN LINE FOR 10 HOURS, 3 HOURS AT THE FRONT, with ZERO movement! Understaffed counters, EMPTY SEATS where agents should be, and staff are INDIFFERENT, offering NO EXPLANATIONS or updates. This is UNACCEPTABLE & INFURIATING!

@qatarairways 12 hours later of the cancellation of my flight, i have no response from @qatarairways , neither via WhatsApp provided in the airport, mail nor DM. Please can give any support?
