I have won 1000 Aed in Gulf Ticket as Raffle draw on 22 Aug 2024, but till now I didn't receive my winning amount even after 60 days..
I have send more than 20 mail but always I receive same answer "we are working on it"

@abccare If you don't want settled the claim please tell me directly, now I am completely fed up, I have sent documents 3 times for same claim, Every time I have to pay 140 Rs as courier charge & it's like a mental torture.. How many times I have to send documents for same claim..?

@abccare I have submitted all the documents but team asking documents again & gaain After 45 days of claim submittion,Team asked me CKYC form,I gave it. then after 10 days they demanded Indoor Case paper, I gave it too. Now in today's mail they are asking again CKYC form.What's going on?

now your Customer care representative ask for CKYC form.. means after more than 45 days on today, I got this message..Please make things easier don't make them pathetic..Claim should be settled as earliest so customer will not hesitate to buy it next time...

@abccare I have submitted all medical documents for Claim Reimbursement on 20.02.23 & I have received this mail on 27 March that means after 38 days, Claim was still under process . please tell me How much time required for a claim settlement..
