State Bank of India is a very funny Bank. Now I understood why modern people fear from opening account in these useless PSU Banks.

I was having Rs 1419 lying idle in SBI account which I opened decades back but seldom operates the account. I decided to transfer amount in my other bank (Pvt Bank), but as soon as I tried to do it using UPI, transaction failed and one person from SBI called me for the verification. I answered all his queries and he was satisfied and told me to carry on with the transaction. But later I found that my UPI is blocked.

Customer Care told me to go to home branch and reactivate it.

What kind of banking is this?
I don't want to face Babus of SBI, but they have now ensured it.

Shall I donate that amount to SBI, by leaving it idle there only??

एक ग्रुप ए अधिकारी जो अनुसुचित जाति से है उनका एक लेख देखा। लेख से पढ़कर पता लगा कि समस्या समाधान दिवस पर किसी विधायक से उनकी बहस हुई। न्यूज में ज्यादा पढ़ने पर पता लगा कि इसके अलावा एक अन्य क्लिप वायरल हो रही थी जिसमे उनसे अभद्रता की जा रही थी।

इसपर एससी संगठनों ने आंदोलन की धमकी दी, तब उन्होंने लिखा कि लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में ऐसी बहस होती रहती है इसलिए धरना वग़ैरह न दे।

बात ठीक है। लेकिन लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में बहस में भी कोई ऐसी बहस दिखाओ जिसमे;

1.ब्राह्मण आईएएएस/पीसीएस को विधायक धमका है हो?
2.ठाकुर आईएएस/पीसीएस को विधायक धमका रहा हो?
3.जाट/गुर्जर आईएएस/पीसीएस को धमका रहा हो?

रेयर केस में हो सकता है बाकी ऐसी कोई खबर नही आती है।

अनुसुचित जाति का अधिकारी जब पोस्टिंग पर जाता है तब उसकी जाति पहले पहुच जाती है। अनुसुचित जाति का अधिकारी है। यह सुनते ही विधायक , सांसद या अन्य सन्गठन तक मानसिक तौर पर उसे महत्वहीन समझ लेते है। मतलब कोई अधिकारी आया कि जगह एससी/एसटी अधिकारी आया है मष्तिष्क में बैठ जाता है।

इंहा;

1 एससी अधिकारी भी एससी/एसटी समाज को महत्व देने की जगह "ब्राह्मण, बनिया, क्षत्रिय व अन्यो" को खुश करने में पोस्टिंग निकाल देता है।

2.इंहा मुख्य बात है कि;...

"एससी अधिकारी अगर आंबेडकरवादी है तो वो इन्हें ठेंगे पर रखता है और एससी/एसटी मोहल्ले में कार्यक्रमो में दिखता है। उसे ज्यादा डर भी नही रहता क्योंकि उसका सीधा सम्बन्ध समाज से होता है। Pay back to Society में ज्ञान व अन्य तरीके से समाज के जब करीब रहेगा तो उसे सप्पोर्ट भी मिलेगी। उंसके यह बर्ताव भी उंसकी पोस्टिंग के साथ साथ हर जगह जाता है, जिससे विधायक या सांसद भी वाकिफ रहते है व बेफिजूल पंगा नही लेते"

3.एक सहरानपुर के 1957 में बने आईएएस थे। बलवंत सिंह जी। उन्हें अमीर खान के कार्यक्रम में भी दिखाया गया था। जब आईएएस बने तब चपरासी फेंककर फाइल देता रहा। पानी का ग्लास अलग रखा जाता रहा। उन्होंने सभी को एक एक करके लाइन पर ला दिया।। लेकिन सत्ता में बैठी सरकारें अथार्त सीधा ऊपर स्तर से जब एटॉसिटी हुई, परेशान किया जाने लगा रब 1964 में सरकार के मुंह पर इस्तीफा मारकर समाजिक कार्यो में लग गए। 2007 में मेरे घर आये थे, तब उनसे चर्चा हुई। तब उन्होंने किताबे लिखी थी। यूरोप में पब्लिश हुई। अच्छी बिक्री हुई। उंसके अलावा श्री रामविलास पासवान जी ने उन्हें अश्वेत वर्ग के एक सम्मलेन में हिस्सा लेने भेजा था। वँहा भाषण से अश्वेत वर्ग का प्रभावित हुआ। उन्हें सम्मानित किया गया।

तो जनाब। बन्दे ने हताशा नही रखी। मनोबल उच्च रखा। हालाँकि मेने उन्हें कहा है कि इस्तीफा देकर गलत किया।।सरकार हटाती तो हटाती। लेकिन व्यवस्था में रहकर कम से कम इतना परेशान एटॉसिटी करने वालो को कर देते की वो अगले अधिकारी के प्रति कम जातिवादी व्यवहार रखते। हालाँकि बन्दे ने इस बात को माना भी।

तो जनाब;

"एससी हो तो अम्बेडकरवादि बनो। नही तो हाथ जोड़कर, पैर पकड़कर, मनोबल नीचा करके नौकरी करते रहो और हाँ रिटायर होने पर कोई अम्बेडकर महासभा/सभा/सन्गठन बनाकर ज़बरदस्ती का सम्मान लेने की कोशिस मत करना। समाज बेवकूफ नही है, उसे पता रहता है कि पोस्टिंग के समय एससी को ठेंगा व ब्राह्मण, बनिया, क्षत्रिय को इसने पेडा खिलाया है"

उत्तराखंड में दलित टैक्सी ड्राइवर को जूतों की माला पहनाने वाले विरेन्द्र सिंह, शोबन सिंह, हरीश बोहरा एवं मोहन चन्द्र पर SC-ST Act के तहत कड़ी कार्रवाई हो रही है।

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए चंपावत की SP रेखा यादव ने निर्देश दिए हैं कि पुलिस मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई करे और दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करे। इन जातिवादी गुंडों ने दलित टैक्सी ड्राइवर को जातिगत गालियां देते हुए जूतों की माला पहनाकर इसलिए अपमानित किया क्योंकि उसने कम किराए पर सवारी बैठा ली थी। अन्य टैक्सी ड्राइवरों की लूट की कमाई पर इससे असर पड़ रहा था।

उस समय ये लोग खुद को बहुत बड़ा जातिवादी शहंशाह समझ रहे थे। लेकिन अब पीड़ित की शिकायत पर BNS एवं SC-ST Act के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज हो चुका है। कानून का सामना करने की बारी आई, तो सारी दबंगई हवा हो गई।
