Sadly, there is no practical use of footpaths in #Delhi

Either it’s in broken condition or if it’s walkable then possibly encroached by shopkeepers or hockers.

My issue remain unresolved, what I have learned in this process that Mahindra’s service team is bad but customer care team is even worse.

Finally I had to engage lawyer and now Iam ready to take this far until justice is served .

Planning to sell my 3 years old Scorpio Classic just because of the poor service, arrogance and ignorance of @Mahindra_Auto @18002096006

@anandmahindra Your company is making good cars, as a fellow Indian I feel proud about that but kindly introspect and draw some attention on service part and poor customer service,too.

On Saturday 27 June, 2026, I have taken my car to Mahindra Service Station, “Snowview” Kumarhatti (Himachal). I told them clearly to only dry-clean the engine area -they washed it instead and damaged the cabling attached to the engine. I had already suffered a ₹40k loss previously, yet they ignored my instruction.

Now post damaging, they are running away from their responsibility.

This is not just poor service — it’s negligence, breach of trust, and mental harassment as staff became hostile and some unrelated employees even jumped in to the argument.

@MahindraRise @Mahindra_Auto Please investigate as such service stations tarnishes the reputation of entire group.

We like Mahindra cars therefore we bought 4 SUV’s in our family from 2023 -2025 but service part remains always questionable.
This time @Mahindra_Auto @MahindraRise crossed all limits by ruining my car in service station yet shamelessly trying to shift blame on me. Sooner or later I shall get the justice from legal system and perhaps I would even sell my car but it’s high time as few service stations & certain employees just giving us every reasons to regret the decision of buying Mahindra’s vehicle.

@anandmahindra Sir, I don’t want any favour as I am very much certain to get the justice from legal system but as an admirer it’s just a humble request to review the on ground reality of service stations. Their ignorance & arrogance is totally unacceptable !

Iam not sure how many of us would buy another car from Mahindra after selling one.

This supposed to be a green belt area outside the DDA park Rohini, sector 19 and DDA or concerned authorities must plant trees there but seeing this big cart setup on solid concrete made me think that am I missing something here 🤔

Thanks for your kind response, i shall try using the GPS Map camera, etc.. in future.

But for now, this situation is almost in every sector of Rohini however, Iam more concerned about sector 18 and 19. No GPS tracking is needed here in Rohini sector 18 and 19 as these poor animals can be found in large numbers roaming or sitting on busy roads.
