@MHAIndia - United Airlines didn't accept OCI Book at Cleveland Apt as not valid stating that anyone over 20 years of age need a new booklet. New book is only needed if you are over 20 and New passport was issued when over 20 yrs of age. United don't understand this @united

@united your agent at CLE airport didnot interpret the OCI rule for India travel today. The agent denied boarding my son causing severe mental agony. This ended up him missing his flight to Delhi, not to mention the financial loss that incurred. She refused to even talk further
