I waited 15 minutes, and that too 2-3 times. Email was sent to CS 2 days ago, no acknowledgement received till now........

@JioMart_Support You guys are impossible. Firstly the order delivered with a huge delay. Then the product delivered was damaged, missing and expired. No revert on Email sent. Customer Care disconnected the calls twice today. @fssaiindia @JioMart_Support @reliancegroup @JioMart

Your customer care says, to raise a complaint and wait for 72 hours to get this resolved. So first I need to wait for 48 hours post my expected delivery time and after that another 72 hours. @AvenueDmart sorry I ditched you this month, my bad 😑

@brandeyes_in Order Number - 31947184, Service Request number - 6656775415. Have cancelled my order immediately after 30 minutes of payment and sent email as well. You customer care is still not able to cancel my order from past 7 days and asking me to bear with them, Any action?

@bigbasket_com Even I am aware that both the applications are different, that the reason they are differently named, but both are BB entities right ? So how come customer should pay almost double for something which is available at half price ?

Was I being robbed for the last 6 years? I just saw this today that your Bigbasket Application and Bb Daily Application has different different rates for the same items with same quantity? A honest justification will be appreciated.
