Very disappointing experience with @Swiggy Instamart today. The order was promised in 10 minutes but even after waiting for more than 40 minutes it was not delivered.

Customer support only apologized and then asked to initiate a refund after wasting so much of my time.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy @SwiggyCares Your customer care didn’t help at all. They kept wasting time for almost half an hour and in the end simply cancelled the order and processed a refund.

What is the point of the refund when the item we needed was not delivered on time? If the order had to be cancelle

My channel was terminated under the Circumvention policy, but I believe this is a misunderstanding. I had already lost a previous channel, and now my newly created channel — which I made just 2 days ago — has also been removed.
I’ve been working hard to follow
