Dear sir , Are there any rules and guidelines for hand wash used in indian railways? Or anything which generates foams can be kept??

Is there any rule of not keeping handwash in sleeper classes?
None of the sleeper class have it in most of the trains. does the contractor get money for this? @indianrailway__

2) The coach attender should not overlook the complaints by saying " HUM KYA KRE , SAFAI WALA NHI AATA HAI".
3) why towels are not being served in bed rolls

Train 19610, PNR 2509090386, coach B1 , none of the toilets are functional, all r chocked, many passengers hv complained, but no body is listening not evn coach attender frm last 5 hours.

Irony of indian railway Ajmer (Jaipur) to Udaipur at 16:10 pm , Chair car train@500 rs and empty almost always, at 17:30 pm vande bhart(1100rs) & always empty,isn't wastages of resource @ashwanivaishnav @indianrailway__ @RailMinIndia @DrmAjmer1 @PMOIndia @RailwaySeva @NWRailways

Please look into the issue people who travel in Sleep class are human beings and have some Fundamentals rights. And contractors are getting paid for it.

I hope the rlway mst have given a contract for sanitation facilities but it is disappointing to see suchconditions in the trains whre thr r no cleaning facilities at all.The entire coach is smelling b/c oftoilet can't show it😑 @NWRailways @RailYatri @DRMJaipur
