@s_nandi67@SamsungIndia@SamsungSupport@SamsungMobile Exactly Sir! We pay premium prices for premium devices, not for faulty software updates that ruin our screens. Samsung must take full ownership of this manufacturing issue and support its loyal customers.
@AnnaVerikanayan@SamsungMobile@SamsungIndia@Samsung Facing exactly same issue on Galaxy S23+ post update. No damage (Job Sheet: 4437042027), yet @SamsungIndia demands ₹13565 over a mere 4-day margin! My 23 May complaint (visible below) was ignored. Total harassment for premium users. Let's raise our voice together!
@thesammyfans Facing same on Galaxy S23+ post update. Clear manufacturing defect! Yet @SamsungIndia demands ₹13565 over a mere 4-day margin. Phone is scratchless (Job Sheet: 4437042027). NCH Case 9492344 active. Total harassment for premium users!
Ramnagar Service Centre confirmed ZERO physical damage (Job Sheet: 4437042027). Why penalize a loyal customer for a faulty update when other brands like Apple take full responsibility? NCH Case 9492344 is active. Fix this for free! @SamsungMobile@consaffairs
@SamsungIndia Grievance team (Anupam) is demanding ₹13,565.92 for a software update green line issue! Their own official email states my purchase date as 13.06.2023. Device is only 4 days past the 3-year margin, and I have been complaining since 23rd May!
@Bunnywwkk@TheSatyamJain@SamsungIndia@SamsungSupport "Sahi kaha bhai yeh saaf-saaf hardware defect hai aur Samsung apni galti maanne ko taiyar nahi hai. ₹80k+ kharch karne ke baad bhi agar aisi quality milegi toh customer kahan jayega?
No physical damage, fir bhi service center wale pareshan kar rahe hain."
Got vertical Green Line on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus right after a software update. Device is in mint condition, ZERO physical/water damage.
Activated: 6/3/2023. Service center denying free replacement. Requesting a goodwill screen fix.

@BSayan86409@SamsungIndia@SamsungSupport Exactly bro spending 80k+ on a flagship and getting hardware failure due to their software update unfair.
Thanks for support! Lest see if
@SamsungIndia values loyal customers
@TheSatyamJain@SamsungIndia@SamsungSupport Nahi bhai, normal automatic update download hua tha tab phone ideal condition mai tha, charging par nahi tha. Phone mai koi overheating bhi nahi thi
@srkriz26@SamsungIndia@SamsungSupport Exactly! When other brands like Apple are taking responsibility for update bugs, @SamsungIndia should also support their S23 Plus users. Hoping for a positive resolution from them."
