Great news for Homebuyers in Ansal API matter:

Interim Order Granted: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has granted an interim order in the Ansal matter, which is a sigh of relief for homebuyers.

No Expression of Interest: The Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) cannot invite expressions of interest due to the interim order, as Form G hasn't been issued.

Authorities' Intervention Allowed: All authorities' interventions are allowed in the case.

Next Hearing: The case has been adjourned to May 20, 2025, at 2 pm, where reply and rejoinder will be filed.

The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd. has been ongoing since November 2022, with specific projects like Fernhill in Gurgaon and Serene Residency in Greater Noida undergoing separate resolution processes.

Indian Army Pulverizes Terrorist Launchpads

As a response to Pakistan's misadventures of attempted drone strikes on the night of 08 and 09 May 2025 in multiple cities of Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab, the #Indian Army conducted a coordinated fire assault on terrorist launchpads, pulverizing & razing them to cinders.
The terrorist launchpads, located close to the Line of Control, were a hub for planning and executing terror attacks against Indian civilians and security forces in the past. The Indian Army's swift and decisive action has dealt a significant blow to terrorist infrastructure and capabilities.

OPERATION SINDOOR

Pakistan Armed Forces launched multiple attacks using drones and other munitions along entire Western Border on the intervening night of 08 and 09 May 2025. Pak troops also resorted to numerous cease fire violations (CFVs) along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir.

The drone attacks were effectively repulsed and befitting reply was given to the CFVs.

#IndianArmy remains committed to safeguarding the sovereignity and territorial integrity of the Nation. All nefarious designs will be responded with force.
