@san_x_m Pardon me for being a damp squib here. She left her family and moved to Chennai to prepare for civil services exams? What for? Couldn't she stay at home and prepare for the exams? In case of a divorce, will the court grant alimony to her husband? ( I hope no such thing occurs)

This was so badly done by the Canadian government. The RCMP had all the information on these people and did nothing about it. The worse was the cover up where they destroyed all the documents related to the incident within 48 hours and said it was a mistake not intentionally done.

The icing on the cake was when our PM Mulroney sent a letter of condolence to the Indian government for the loss of its citizens, the Indian government replied that the deceased were mainly Canadian citizens,why are you sending us a condolence message?

Canada is a great example of how vote bank politics can mess up a countr, just like Europe and the UK.

We have been repeatedly saying about this..

Judiciary is fully responsible for the murders of men by these women.

It is judiciary who is saying, “Its still not time to protect men.”
“Its still not time to punish the criminal women.”

Indian Judiciary has made up its mind to reward the criminals time and again because they know women can commit crimes and still get sympathy, while men are the ones who will be harassed, dragged through courts and made to suffer.

Every time a criminal woman escapes accountability, a message is sent that there are no consequences.

And when the next tragedy happens, everyone acts surprised.

The warning signs were always there.

Reading a lot of posts about how Indian stock mkts fall or rise is decoupled from the rest of the world. I have a different view. Nifty index is currently a bad/underperforming stock in the world. We haven't kept pace with the global mkts. ( Contd..)

A wealthy non-believer who was listening to the program decided to make fun of her.
He obtained her address, called his secretary, and instructed her to buy a large amount of food and deliver it to the woman's house.

“When the woman asks who sent the food, tell her it came from the devil.”

This is not “controversy”. This is REALITY. 🔥

Pune Family Court just dropped a truth bomb in a child custody case:
A woman who can’t uphold her marriage vows, care for her husband physically & emotionally, or even pray for his well-being? Her “pious duties” matter — because if she fails there, the child’s future is unsafe with her. Custody to the father.

And the usual suspects are losing their minds.
Why this is 100% correct:
• Child’s welfare is NOT just “mother = automatic custody” magic. Courts MUST look at parental conduct.
• Marriage isn’t a one-way street where she walks out, files cases, alienates the child, and still demands the kid as trophy.
• If she couldn’t be a supportive wife, what makes you think she’ll suddenly be a stable, non-toxic mother? Actions have consequences.

Critics screaming “gender roles bad, only child’s best interest!” — exactly. The child’s best interest includes a parent who doesn’t treat the other parent like an ATM + enemy.

Decades of biased laws (498A, DV, maintenance) trained women that marriage is a contract with zero duties, only rights.

Courts are finally noticing the damage to kids.
Supporters get it: Family isn’t a feminist experiment. Parental fitness includes how you behaved in the marriage. Hypocrisy exposed — same activists who demand “women’s rights” suddenly forget duties when it suits them.

Indian family courts have bent over backwards for “mother is natural guardian” while ignoring fathers’ sacrifices, false cases, and parental alienation.

Time to balance the scales with gender-neutral laws based on evidence, not gender.

Case Today : He was a staunch believer of women's rights. Wrote about women's issues as a writer. Belonging from a traditional Indian family, opted for an arranged marriage. Did not take a penny in dowry as he was strongly against it

First day of his marriage & his wife told him she loves someone else and since her lover was from a different caste, her parents didn't allow her to marry him. She asked him for divorce. Taken aback, he tried to convince her to forget the past and move on. She vehemently denied.

He told her father. He refused to believe. Told him there is no way there will be a divorce. He accepted it as his fate and cohabited with his wife. She became abusive. First verbal abuse. Then physical abuse. Then complete mental torture daily. Her ex boyfriend would call and no one could say a word. She left when she wanted, came back when she wanted. No relationship with the husband whatsoever. He felt trapped but didn't know what to do

One day, she became so aggressive that she beat him up & his mother also black and blue. He has evidence of the assault. He decided to report it to police and went to police station.

His father-in-law begged him not to file an FIR & promised to resolve the matter and get them divorced. But months passed and still nothing happened and abuse of him and his elderly parents continued

Fed up, he filed for divorce. She immediately filed for maintenance. His advocate got sold to the other party and didn't turn up for arguments. Court passed order of 30,000 per month interim maintenance.

She also filed an FIR naming 15 family members in it, not leaving even his close friends, alleging dowry, domestic violence and what not. All cooked stories.

Police removed few names but case is running.

He paid maintenance for some time but then lost his job. Amount accumulated. She pressed for execution of maintenance. Mind it, she's an educated, learned and capable of working woman who chooses to do nothing. And if she's doing anything, she has hidden the same from the court.

So this man is jailed for a month for not paying maintenance. His parents, 75+ year old, sitting thousands of kilometres away know nothing about the torture their son is going through. His friends arrangepd the money somehow borrowing it from people and got him out from Jail after 20 days.

Now the money has accumulated again and he has sword of jail hanging on his head again. He hasn't been able to get a job because of the criminal case.

Demand of Alimony by woman started with 85 Lacs and has now reached 1 Crore. This middle class man can't gather that money even if he sells everything his parents also own. So he suffers.

It has been 3 years. Divorce hasn't moved an inch. 498A hasn't moved an inch. While the woman gets tax free income every month.
