For over a week the furniture sits dismantled in my house.. Not picked up yet. I get an SMS for pick up and in 5 mins it gets cancelled too. 50 days no refund

@TweetShah 2/2 Lodged a complaint by mail, phone and chat. My Case no. is EM-270524-0202 dtd 27.05.24 and EM-020624-0063 dtd 02.06.24.. no resolution for over a week. Apparently the answer to everything is 48 hours. The case manager doesn’t bother, the Carpenter keeps ignoring.
