Hi Sir, I have applied for mutation,2 months back, no case number assigned, after 2 months Karmchari marked it defected without giving any reason after I asked his representative that since I am out of Bihar from last 12 years..I can pay online

@tusharsingla90 When I called him to see the reason why it was marked as defective without assigning any case number..his blatant response was khata khesra nahi hai...sir please see khata khesra is mentioned and system cannot allow to submit the application without khata khesra and registration
