@Se_Railway Only the QR scanners were disabled, so anyone on oyster/contactless was just exiting as normal through the barriers without checks. Passengers presumably can’t exit through the barriers with an invalid QR code so no idea what this exercise was designed to achieve

@Se_Railway There is a problem at LBG - the QR ticket scanners are not working so no one with a QR code ticket can get through. Huge queues. Taking c15 mins to get out of station. Please advise.

@Se_Railway This is ridiculous. I wasn’t travelling on an SE ticket. It took me 15 mins to exit the station. Can I claim delay repay for this inconvenience? It also wouldn’t capture anyone using the oyster/tap & go options.
